Bio-evolutionary Cuisine

We have been holding cooking classes, for years, organised as meetings to taste and learn the philosophy behind Sbarbacipolla’s bio-evolutionary cuisine. The classic meeting is held on Saturday mornings. We will prepare a full menu together, from appetisers to desserts, talking, discussing, learning, and then eating all together! We also hold thematic meetings regarding specific topics such as bread, pasta or desserts. Upon reservation, our lessons can be scheduled for any other day, even privately (at your hotel or agritourism for example, or right at home, to turn your special dinner into a happening!)
Furthermore, we also arrange workshops with a growing number of chefs and nutritionists that chose to befriend the Biosteria. Join the newsletter to follow all of our events!
